* Design and characterize test structures for studying transport in 3D CMOS type nanodevices
* Design and Characterize simple logic circuits such as Inverters, Ring Oscillators, SRAM, DRAM etc, using 3D CMOS type nanodevices
* 3D device design using TCAD simulations
* 3D device and process modeling
* 3D device and process integration
* Supervision of PhD / Masters students
Requirements:
* PhD degree in Electronics/Electrical/Physics
* 3 t
* 5 year of experience after PhD in device modeling / device integration / circuit design
* Good understanding of device physics, circuit design and device & process integration
* Hand on experience of device simulations and characterization
* Experience in interfacing with other groups / industry partners
* Good verbal and written communication skills
